Job Description

5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
6. Supervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring high performance.
7. Ensure efficient cash flow management and financial planning.
8. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes effectively.
9. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
10. Support the organisation in achieving its financial and operational goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
12. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
13. Proven experience in managing budgets and forecasts effectively.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to inform strategic decisions.
15. Familiarity with systems and tools used in financial management.
16. Experience in the transport & distribution industry is advantageous.
