This market-leading telematics and risk reduction business is transforming driver efficiency and safety. Their technology reduces fuel use and emissions by 10-20% and at-fault accidents by 40-50%, while their gamification platform engages users with incentives and rewards. Trusted by 300 of the UK’s largest fleet operators, they continue expanding beyond vehicle-based solutions to drive measurable behavior change.


Opportunity

Lead Generation Executive

Hybrid working – South Coast HQ

£30,000 + uncapped commission

24 days holiday + Birthday off

Death-in-Service 4 x Salary


Join a high-growth team, booking meetings with fleet customers interested in their technology. Work alongside an experienced sales team, driving new business and strategic opportunities.

You'll be doing this:

• Generating leads and booking meetings with fleet prospects.

• Managing CRM data (Salesforce) and sharing insights to optimize demand generation.

• Collaborating across teams to ensure exceptional customer engagement.

And you’ll need this:

• Hunter mentality – driven, self-motivated, results-focused.

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.

• Prior experience in lead generation, cold calling, or B2B sales (preferred).
