Responsibilities
* Support capture planning and pursue client‑focused solutions with unit teams.
* Lead proposal governance, ensuring best‑practice processes are embedded across diverse pursuits.
* Manage proposal team performance and delivery, escalating issues proactively.
* Own the creation of compelling responses, from storyboarding to final drafting and review.
* Contribute to the regional win community by sharing best practice and driving improvement initiatives.
Candidate Specification
Essential
* Experience managing bids within the infrastructure sector.
* Understanding of public and sector procurement processes.
* Proven ability to implement bid planning, management and control techniques.
* Strong collaborative skills and capability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, producing high‑quality deliverables.
Desirable
* APMP qualification or membership (preferably at foundation level).
* Training in proposal or behavioural frameworks (e.g., Shipley, Miller Heiman, Mindflick).
* Proficiency in relevant systems (CRM, knowledge‑management, AI tools).
* Persuasive and persistent communication style that wins stakeholder support.
