Job Description
Hybrid: Hertfordshire
We’re hiring:
From conferences and roundtables to webinars and customer events, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality B2B events end-to-end.
You’ll combine hands-on event delivery with digital marketing, using tools like HubSpot to manage campaigns, engage audiences, and ensure every event delivers measurable commercial results.
If you enjoy running events but also want to play a key role in the campaigns behind them, this could be a great fit.
Details below
We’re a digital-first, data-driven business where everything we do is measured, optimised, and built around performance.
We work with the HR community, delivering roundtables, large-scale learning forums and conferences, as well as webinars and virtual events.
This isn’t just about running events. It’s about using data, systems, and digital campaigns to make them commercially effective.
What you will be doing:
Plan and deliver B2B events (in-person & virtual) end-to-end, from concept through to execution
Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, AV, and on-site delivery
Manage the attendee experience, from registration through to post-event follow-up
Use HubSpot to build and support event campaigns (emails, workflows, lists, landing pages)
Segment and manage data to support targeted communications
Analyse event and campaign performance, using data to improve results
Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure leads are followed up and converted into opportunities
Core skills:
Strong hands-on experience delivering events end-to-end
Experience using HubSpot or similar platforms to support marketing campaigns
Confidence working with data and using it to improve performance
Understanding of how events contribute to wider marketing and commercial goals
Experience in B2B marketing, with events as part of a broader campaign strategy
What it's like working here
We’re a close-knit, collaborative team that takes pride in doing things properly. We move quickly, support each other, and care about delivering work that actually makes an impact.
You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and see the results of what you do, whether that’s through campaigns, events, or the pipeline they generate.
Location & working pattern:
We operate a flexible, hybrid working model. You’ll typically spend around one day per week in our Welwyn Garden City office, with regular travel into Central London for events.
The details:
* Full-time role with flexibility around how you structure your day
* Hybrid working with autonomy and trust
* Competitive package within a supportive, high-performing environment
