Salary: Up to £51,000
Location: Hybrid - Manchester (2 days in the office)

We have partnered with a global organisation operating in the education sector to source a Customer Insights Analyst.
Job Responsibilities
* Analyze customer performance and satisfaction data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Assess customer engagement with products and model behaviours to enhance strategies.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs such as engagement, success rates, and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proficiency in SQL or Python.
* Experience with Power BI or similar tools (Microsoft Fabrics is advantageous).
* Understanding of data modelling.
* Experience in the education sector is highly advantageous.
