50,000 (DOE)Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We're seeking a talented and driven Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic Building Services team in Huntingdon.
You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of electrical design projects across a diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare sectors.
From concept to completion, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative, sustainable, and compliant building services solutions.
Lead and contribute to electrical design across multiple projects Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to deliver integrated solutions Manage and coordinate small to medium-sized projects Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections Ensure designs meet current regulations, standards, and best practices Mentor junior engineers and support their development Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical building services design Proven ability to manage or assist in running projects Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services What We Offer: Competitive salary (£40,000
