We are seeking dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistants for a rewarding full-time role within our Primary Schools in Eastbourne.
About The Role
* 1:1 Student Support: Provide personalised support to students with additional needs in the classroom.
* Inclusive Teaching: Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment.
* Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailored learning materials.
* Immediate Start Available: We have opportunities ready to begin right away!

What We’re Looking For
* Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
* Behaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour.
* Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a school or SEND environment is essential.
* Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
* Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
* All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
