Maintenance Engineer
Denham | £40,000–£43,000 | Permanent | Days
We’re partnering with a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. This role focuses on planned preventative maintenance and first‑line breakdown support across a range of production equipment used to manufacture safety‑critical components for military aviation.
Key responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance across a variety of manufacturing and workshop machinery
Complete routine servicing, inspections, and scheduled maintenance tasks
Provide first‑line fault‑finding and breakdown response
Deliver both electrical and mechanical maintenance within the production facility
Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and general testing devices
Maintain equipment to a high standard, minimising downtime
Work in line with Health & Safety regulations and ensure machinery compliance
Required experience
Background in maintaining production, manufacturing, or industrial equipment
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Confident using hand tools and general electrical/mechanical testing equipment
GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Good manual dexterity

Static, site‑based role with no travel or on‑call
Days: 08:00–17:00 Mon–Thu / 08:00–12:00 Fri
