Our client, a leading provider of occupational health services is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join their Farnborough team.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference, delivering high-quality clinical services while providing guidance and support to both employers and employees.
Key Responsibilities Deliver a full range of occupational health services including case management, fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, vaccinations, and phlebotomy.
Act as an ambassador for occupational health services, supporting health promotion initiatives and wellness activities.
Ensure compliance with professional standards, company policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standard of care.
Requirements Nursing qualification with NMC registration.
Occupational Health degree or diploma, or demonstrable equivalent experience within occupational health departments.
Trained to undertake all clinical services including health surveillance, fitness-to-work medicals, vaccinations, and phlebotomy.
Experience attending, presenting, and hosting client wellness or health promotion days.
Professional, approachable, and capable of building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Benefits Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum, depending on experience 31 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
