The Role:
This role plays an integral part within the team, working closely with the CRM Manager across all aspects of CRM to support the wider communication and ecommerce strategy, while maintaining the SEVENSTORE brand.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering CRM and email marketing campaigns, including coordination of the communication planner.
* Assist in developing push notifications.
* Support the CRM Manager with database management, including database cleanliness.
* Work closely with the CRM Manager on data segmentation strategies.
* Manage building, scheduling, testing, and optimization of email campaigns.
* Assist in delivering weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
* Establish email performance benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance.
* Create testing plans to enhance customer engagement and log effective strategies.
* Manage automated communications, maintaining current campaigns and exploring areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business goals.
* Work with the CRM Assistant to ensure timely and high-standard communication delivery.
* Assist the CRM Manager with technical integrations and broader development projects.
