ABOUT THE ROLE
Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Nurturing strong client relationships.
– Assisting the consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects.
– Conducting level 2 and 3 building surveys and site inspections.
– Completing Home Buyer Reports.
– Working with external clients and consultant teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Skills Required:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in Home Buyer Reports.
– MRICS with 3 years PQE.
– Expertise in level 2 and 3 Building Survey reporting.
– Experience with modern reporting software.
