Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of transaction services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
* Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and win new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
* Collaborate with other partners and teams within the firm to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximise client satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying potential areas for growth and innovation.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support their business objectives.
Requirements
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in TS
* Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and win new clients and projects.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
