Job Description
My Leicester based client are seeking an individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the office while delivering a friendly, efficient, and professional reception service to both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations
2. Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking and DX services
3. Oversee office maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
4. Coordinate and supervise building projects as needed
5. Manage and maintain facilities-related contracts
6. Assist in achieving office accreditations and performance targets
7. Provide reception cover as required
8. Offer general administrative support to the wider team
Candidate Profile:
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the capability to support colleagues in its use
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems, gather data, and draw logical conclusions
12. Experienced in the use of office equipment and understanding of office procedures
13. Knowledgeable in health and safety regulations, including fire risk assessments
14. A creative and proactive thinker who brings innovation and initiative to their role
15. Highly reliable, with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism
