Job Title: Head Housekeeper
Please note that this is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, with full flexibility required.

As a Head Housekeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a spotless environment across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your responsibilities include managing the cleaning rota, leading by example, planning laundry, ordering cleaning supplies, and ensuring infection control procedures are followed, always prioritizing the wellbeing of our residents.
We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control is essential. Equally important are your positive energy and ability to communicate kindly and considerately with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All staff will receive safeguarding training and are expected to undertake additional related training.
