Bilfinger UK are looking for a Senior HSE Advisor to join us at Hinkley Point C. This is a full time role Monday to Friday based on site 40 hours a week
* The role of Senior HSE Advisor is to provide essential knowledge, advice and support by promoting continuous improvement and safe working practices across site in accordance with defined legislative and contractual requirements
* Agree remedial action with site management on any non-conformance and carry out follow up review to ensure the appropriate implementation has taken place.
* Prepare and deliver reports on project HSE performance targets / KPI’s in line with business, client and regulatory reporting requirements.
* Deliver proactive advice and guidance on site to ensure HSE processes are followed and key behaviours are embedded across the project work packages.
* Manage the application of effective incident response, reporting, investigation and follow-up to ensure root causes are established and appropriate actions are identified and closed out
