Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Bourne, Lincolnshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Bourne for a Permanent Exotic Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role can be either a sole exotics position or small animal and exotics.
This role is full time for 40 hours per week over 4 days, along with Saturdays on a rota. There will also be 1 night on-call per week for hospitalised inpatients, who are cared for by night staff so call outs are rare.

11. The role offers a varied caseload with a mixture of consultations and surgeries
12. This role would be suitable for a vet with experience and passion for exotics
13. The role can be solely exotics or a mixture of exotics and small animal.
14. There is one night per week on call for inpatients.

About you
26. They are looking for a vet who has a either a certificate in exotics or a high level of experience in exotics and would like to study towards a certificate
27. You will have excellent communications skills and client facing skills
28. You will have a positive attitude and show empathy to both clients and team members
29. You will encourage ongoing development of the team
30. You will be a team player and be able to work in a collaborative manner
Package
31. Salary: Up to £65, per annum, commensurate to experience
32. Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, increasing with service and birthday off
