Job Description Fleet Planning Manager, Trent XWB Full time Derby Our Trent XWB mission is to realise the potential of the Trent XWB and the people who power its success. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the team as a Fleet Planning Manager, Trent XWB. This role will manage fleet level operational planning activity in support of all Services Regional Teams ensuring full integration and alignment across the Value Stream and delivery organisations to deliver the Customer and Business requirements in both the short and medium term. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Product Services Managers who are accountable for maintaining the Demand Planning Policy (DPP) and ensure alignment of fleet p lanning assumptions for input into fleet plans. Fleet operational governance & reporting of demand, supply, and overall fleet health. Create demand plans (removals) in line with Engine and Customer planning assumptions. Aggregation and optimisation of fleet maintenance plans for allocated fleets. Own and coordinate Fleet planning priorities in support of fleet health. Manage customer operational spare engine line of balance and create scenarios to provide insights to the business on opportunities and hazards. Ownership and management of Fleet and Customer operational risk and mitigation plans. Manage and develop a team of Fleet Planners. Position requirements: To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria: Experience in Airline operations or aftermarket maintenance planning and control. Will have been involved with operational planning and execution. Skilled in interpretation and manipulation of data and information. Will understand C2C value stream.
