* Designing and evolving our leadership and management development programmes.
* Delivering high‑impact sessions across the business.
* Coaching, mentoring and giving powerful developmental feedback to leaders — including Executives.
* Guiding cohorts through a seamless and inspiring learning journey from onboarding to completion.
* Supporting leaders to take learning off the page and apply it to real‑world performance.
* Keeping programme, attendance and learner records accurate for compliance and reporting.
* Coordinating logistics, scheduling and cohort activity to ensure flawless delivery.
* Bringing insights, evaluation and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Building trusted, influential relationships with senior SMEs and People/Talent teams.
* Diagnosing learning needs to keep our programmes fresh, relevant and business‑aligned.
* Ensuring every intervention contributes to our long‑term leadership capability goals.

* High levels of organisation, attention to detail and commitment to outstanding learner experience.
* Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
* Experience identifying learning needs and shaping effective solutions.
* Comfort operating at pace in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
* Curiosity, proactivity and a love of self‑directed learning.
* Resilience, reflection and a willingness to experiment and learn from what works (and what doesn’t).
* A track record of creating measurable impact.
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to best practice.
* Understanding of leadership frameworks and development methodologies.
* CIPD Level 5 (preferred but not essential).
