HR Systems & Data Insights Manager
We are recruiting for an HR Data & Insights Manager to provide leadership and delivery in the areas of People data insights and HR systems.
You will be responsible for:
1. HR Information Systems
o Provide leadership and direction in the continuous improvement and interconnectivity of existing HR systems, ensuring governance in line with legislation including data protection.
o Lead the introduction and enhancement of HR systems, processes, and business architecture to ensure successful configuration, deployment, and performance with minimal disruption.
o Manage development activities using a structured project methodology, delivering on plan.
o Regularly review the HR plan and risk controls, engaging stakeholders as needed.
2. People Analytics
o Develop accessible methods for obtaining timely and accurate workforce data, promoting self-service where possible.
o Produce and interpret management/KPI reports, highlighting trends and insights to support proactive people management.
o Define and implement a strategic approach to people analytics, setting metrics/KPIs with business leaders.
3. Performance Criteria
o Align the HRIS landscape with HR and business strategies.
o Ensure HR processes and HRIS are aligned.
o Deliver data, MI, and analytics efficiently and on time.
o Collaborate across HR to improve business effectiveness.
o Support business strategy through HR systems, processes, and analytics to enhance employee attraction, engagement, productivity, and retention.
o Provide high-quality customer service.
o Manage key relationships proactively internally and externally.
o Drive the change agenda collaboratively.
o Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
4. Candidate Requirements
o Experience at a senior HR level in large, complex organizations, preferably in relevant sectors such as Property, Retail, Consulting, Financial Services, or Professional Services.
o Proven leadership in HRIS development projects, integrating systems to optimize HR processes and decision-making.
o Experience in leading system implementations and upgrades from the internal client side.
o Extensive experience in process improvement, risk management, corporate governance, and stakeholder service.
o Excellent communication skills, capable of producing clear reports and briefs.
o Alignment with organizational values and behaviors.
