The Role:
As an In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be an essential part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring every order is delivered with precision, warmth and attention to detail. In-Room Dining at Four Seasons offers a relaxed and elegant dining experience, and your role will be key in creating memorable moments for our guests.
What you will do:
1. Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
2. Provide a warm, engaging and personalised service, anticipating guest needs
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including menu items, wine pairings and dietary requirements
4. Ensure all areas of service meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation
5. Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
What you bring:
6. 1–2 years’ experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or similar environment preferred
7. Exceptional personal presentation and attention to detail
8. Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
9. Passion for food, wine and creating memorable guest experiences
10. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
