We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Hurfords. As a Branch Manager, you'll oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You’ll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Exceptional customer care/service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Hold a Full UK driving license
