My client is a multipurpose leisure venue with a rich variety of leisure activities for adults and children. The site offers attractions, retail, food & beverage, and camping.
The role is to drive day‑to‑day operations and commercial strategy. Strong commercial and financial acumen is required, including innovation, guest experience delivery, and maximizing commercial opportunities.
We seek a highly motivated, self‑starter who can think creatively, solve problems, lead teams, and engage guests.
Ideal Candidate
* Educated in Business, Sales, Hospitality, Leisure, Catering or a related field.
* Positive, proactive professional with a successful background in sales and marketing and strong customer ethics.
* Capable of taking control of all aspects of management and financial budgeting, including purchasing, budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
* Capable of providing strategic vision and leadership that drives sales success, productivity, efficiency, and bottom‑line improvements.
* Able to manage ticketing, membership program, and events.
* Confident, sales‑driven person with strong attention to detail and financial acumen.
* High standards, great attention to detail and a positive can‑do attitude.
* Experience in leisure and attraction venues.
* Proven sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
* Self‑motivated with a desire to surpass targets.
