Company Siemens Energy Limited Organization Gas Services Business Unit Distributed Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Not defined A Snapshot of Your DayJoin a dynamic team where you’ll take the lead in shaping and maintaining the baseline product configurations for AGT products like SGT-A35 and SGT-A65. Each day, you’ll develop and manage product and system-level configuration structures, ensuring all changes are tracked and controlled through advanced IT tools such as PLM, SAP, and Tacton. You’ll collaborate closely with Bid Management teams to align customer requirements with product standards, and you’ll establish governance processes for configuration release, approved by Product Managers and engineering teams. Your work will span the full lifecycle of AGT products, from new units to service baselines, and you’ll connect with colleagues across multiple locations to share knowledge and drive best practices.How You’ll Make an Impact• Develop and manage product and system configuration structures and change control processes for AGT products.• Configure and maintain product baselines, integrating with IT systems like Tacton and SAP for sales and cost tracking.• Lead the governance process for product configuration release, ensuring alignment with Product Managers and engineering teams.• Collaborate with Bid Management and cross-functional teams to ensure customer configurations are accurately reflected.• Drive configuration management processes across the full lifecycle of AGT products, sharing knowledge with global teams.What You Bring• Degree qualified, ideally in Engineering, with specialist experience in Configuration Management.• Proficient in IT systems such as SAP, PLM, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tacton, with programming skills in VBA/SQL.• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively across time zones, with strong communication and project management skills.• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Gas Turbine products is preferred but not essential.• Confident influencing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
