Service Advisor / Car Dealership

Pay: £12 per hour
Contract: 3 Months
Hours: 45, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Weekly Pay
The Role
* Point of contact for customers whose vehicles are in for servicing, MOT’s and repairs.
* Keep customers informed of progress and advise of extra work if required.
* Booking in vehicles for recalls.
* Letting customers know vehicles are ready for collection.
* Organise car loan bookings.
* Process payments for the services required.
* Being the first point of contact when customers enter the establishment and ensuring they have a warm and welcoming introduction.
* Communication with customers through a variety of platforms to update them on the status of their vehicle as well as making them aware of any extra work needed and upselling any additional products.
* Working effectively with a team of highly skilled technicians to prioritize customers' wants and needs whilst adhering to a demanding schedule.
* Building personal relationships with customers, making sure they feel heard and valued throughout their experience with the company.
