An opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join the business. They are looking for a consultant who has 6 months experience who is looking to run their own desk. You will have no restrictions and can recruit across all local businesses within the office support and business services remit. The role will be interesting and varied and will include: Advertising and marketing roles creatively across multiple media outlets, such as job boards and social media. Networking to develop local client and candidate relationships. Interviewing and assessing applicants to determine suitability for roles. Visiting client premises to conduct risk assessments and to understand their cultural requirements. Selling the services of the agency over the telephone and face-to-face. Ensuring all candidates are compliant and have the correct documentation in place to be able to complete assignments. Business administration. This is a fast-paced role and will require an ambitious, energetic and motivated individual who is looking for a long-term move. You will have a minimum of 6 months recruitment consultancy experience, and a full UK driving license is essential for this role.
