About Consyst Our client are a specialist in building-controls and system integration solutions providing interoperability and gateway technologies (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc) that enable HVAC, building automation and smart systems to work seamlessly. The ideal candidate will support the HVAC side of their business, liaising with clients purchasing HVAC equipment and integrating that equipment into control-systems solutions. Role Summary As the HVAC Specialist you will sit in the heart of our client-facing team, handling HVAC client orders and supporting the integration of HVAC equipment (especially VRV/VRF, fan coils etc) into control system architecture. You will work full-time from their West London office, acting as the technical and commercial touchpoint for clients, and you’ll have the ambition to learn more about the controls, integrations and gateway technologies that company supplies. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for HVAC-equipment clients handling quotations, order processing and client updates. Review and interpret HVAC system drawings, schematics and relevant technical documentation (especially VRV/VRF systems, fan coils) to ensure correct specification, ordering and integration. Partner with Consyst’s systems/integration team to ensure that selected HVAC units will interface correctly with gateway/integration products (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc). Liaise with internal supply chain, logistics and engineering functions to ensure orders are fulfilled, delivered and configured correctly. Provide technical advice (at a client-friendly level) regarding HVAC equipment compatibility, control system interface requirements, and integration considerations. Maintain clean and up-to-date order records, client communications, and technical references. Continuously develop your knowledge of HVAC controls, integration protocols and building automation systems with a view to becoming more involved in the controls side of the business. Experience & Skills Required Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly VRV/VRF systems and fan coil units. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, HVAC equipment schedules, integration diagrams. Prior experience working with manufacturers such as Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, or Panasonic is highly desirable. Comfortable working in an office-based full-time role. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high attention to detail. Ambitious, eager to learn and develop into the control‐systems/integration space.
