Credit Controller Role
Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, the main objective of the Credit Controller role is to reduce arrears in line with targets, improve company cash flow, and ensure compliance with market Codes of Practice, Data Protection, and in-house procedures.

What you'll need
* At least 1 year of Credit Control experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Excellent telephone manner with experience in inbound and outbound calls and effective negotiation skills.
* Strong communication skills and organized approach.
* Experience working towards KPIs.
* 5 GCSEs including Maths (A*-C) or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
