Key Responsibilities Supporting teaching and learning across the primary age range. Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to reinforce learning. Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation. Helping to deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress. Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a safe, nurturing learning environment. Supporting pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum effectively.
