The role:
* As Category Manager 12MTH FTC you will develop, implement, and review a category strategy for a specific product range developing innovative category strategies which exceed customer expectations.
* The Category Manager 12MTH FTC will create and deliver the category vision focusing on growing cash sales and margin delivery. As well as building long lasting mutually beneficial relationships with customers
* Working with internal and external stakeholders you will develop the strategic plan that will deliver long term growth
* Developing close working relationships the Category Manager 12MTH FTC will lead on ad hoc commercial projects.
Ideal candidate:
* This Category Manager 12MTH FTC role is ideal for a commercial individual who has category management, national account or food buying experience gained from UK FMCG, food retail, foodservice or wholesale. This can be at assistant or executive level
* It is essential to be able to demonstrate hands on commerciality.
* In addition, you will demonstrate a passion for the customer and a flair for commerciality.
