The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Employer Engagement Executive, you’ll focus on developing and nurturing employer relationships that lead to real apprenticeship opportunities. This is a consultative sales role with real autonomy—and uncapped earning potential.
Key responsibilities:
* Generate new business and deliver apprenticeship starts aligned with growth targets
* Build strong relationships with SMEs and larger employers across a range of sectors
* Promote Accounting and IT/Data apprenticeships confidently and consultatively
* Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance
* Collaborate across delivery, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A confident, credible communicator and natural relationship-builder
* Commercially focused with a passion for developing people and businesses
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working to targets
* Experienced in apprenticeship sales, business development, or employer engagement (ideally 3+ years)
* Confident in engaging senior decision-makers across sectors
What’s on Offer
Base Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Uncapped OTE:
* Year 1: £40,000 – £45,000
* Year 2: £45,000 – £50,000+
Working Options:
* Full-time or 4-day week
* Hybrid working: Ideally 2 days/week in the Hitchin office (flexible for the right candidate)
