Friday: 06:30 - 15:00
Saturday: 06:30 - 19:00
Sunday: 06:30 - 19:00
Monday: 06:30 - 15:00
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team in the chilled production area to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
Train and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor equipment and processes, troubleshooting issues to maintain consistent production levels.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
