Delivery Administrator

The perfect candidate will work behind-the-scenes to ensure deliveries take place smoothly and ensure the highest standard of service is delivered when transporting products to customers.
Salary: £27,400.00 per annum
We are looking for applicants who have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and people skills
* An ability to organise and multi-task
* Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Excel, Dynamics AX
* Attention to detail
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* A good standard of spoken English
Responsibilities of the role:
* Prepare relevant documentation for the dispatch of orders
* Count and process collected money from driver's routes in a safe manner
* Collect and provide accurate amounts of money in accordance with payment terms, and invoice adjustments from drivers
* Report discrepancies immediately
* Deal with day-to-day driver/helper queries
* Liaise with other departments with day-to-day transport issues
* Ensure drivers are following routes according to company rules and procedures
