The Year 6 Teacher will monitor progress closely, work with parents to support transition, and collaborate with senior leaders on whole-school improvement projects planned to start around January 2026 and continue after January 2026. Person specification — Year 6 Teacher We require a proven Year 6 Teacher with QTS, strong classroom presence and experience of upper KS2 outcomes.
