Are you a hands-on Sustainability Engineer with leadership experience?


Want to shape technical direction and lead impactful decarbonisation projects for the built environment?


We’re working with a fast-growing sustainability consultancy helping major commercial property owners decarbonise their portfolios — from strategy to design and delivery.

They’re now looking for a Head of Sustainability Engineering to:


✅ Lead a team of engineers

✅ Oversee mechanical & electrical design delivery

✅ Develop bespoke decarbonisation strategies

✅ Drive building performance upgrades using IESVE & AutoCAD

✅ Manage client relationships, project resourcing, and commercial proposals

✅ Share P&L responsibility with the MD


🔍 What They're Looking For:

1. Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar
2. Strong background in building services and retrofit strategies
3. Experience undertaking M&E Building Services Designs
4. Skilled in IESVE, AutoCAD, EPCs, and energy audits (...
