, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, respectful, and timely memorial services — supporting families through an emotionally important part of their journey while driving operational excellence and team performance across our West Midlands and Staffordshire locations.

The Role:
As Memorial Manager, you will lead the strategic delivery of memorial products and services, ensuring that every tribute is handled with care, accuracy, and respect. You'll act as a trusted advisor to families and colleagues, shaping a client-focused experience while overseeing service delivery, supplier relationships, compliance, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide compassionate guidance to families, balancing empathy with clear, informative communication
* Coordinate end-to-end memorial installations and services across multiple branches
* Manage supplier relationships and inventory to ensure high-quality, timely deliveries
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in client experience
* Reduce lead times and optimise operational efficiency across services
* Innovate and enhance memorial offerings based on evolving family needs
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in all memorial activity
* Maintain regular presence across branch network, ensuring visibility and support
* Deliver training to staff to raise service standards and support development
* Liaise closely with Funeral Directors and branch teams to ensure consistency
* Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by your Line Manager
About You:

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
* Strong communication and empathy in client-facing environments
* Administrative and financial experience, including invoicing and cash handling
* Effective multitasking and prioritisation skills
* Background in memorial planning, account/product management, or related sectors
* Experience managing supplier performance and service standards
* Awareness of regulatory and operational compliance requirements
* Emotional resilience and professionalism in sensitive roles
* Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region
