As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will take a lead role in the delivery of civil engineering design projects. You'll be responsible for managing design programmes, ensuring team coordination, and aligning project schedules and resources effectively to achieve high-quality, on-time results. In addition to technical leadership, you'll play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians, contributing to both their development and the continued success of the wider team. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, particularly in sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), flood risk assessments (FRAs), and stakeholder engagement with Local Drainage Authorities.
