I’m working with a well-regarded law firm in Kent that’s looking to bring in an experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal to join their established Court of Protection team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in Private Client or Court of Protection work who’s looking for a role with real client involvement and responsibility. The role itself You’ll be part of a respected Court of Protection team, supporting on a range of matters and taking an active role in client care. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers Managing client care from initial instruction through to file closure Handling the financial aspects of matters Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and firm information Supporting the wider team with duties as required There may also be occasional client visits, so some travel will be involved.
