About Us
We install high-pressure sprinkler mains for commercial properties, including new builds and retrofits. Our work includes civils, pipework installation, and pump house construction.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced civils gang to support an upcoming project in Durham. This role will involve trench excavation, reinstatement, bulk excavation for water tanks and pump houses, and concreting/steel fixing works.
Requirements
* Own transport if non-local
* CPCS tickets for excavator (above/below 10t), dumper, roller, telehandler
* Foreman with minimum 10 years' experience (NPORS considered if equivalent experience)
* Experience with shuttering, steel fixing, concreting, brick-built pump houses
* Ability to work safely and efficiently on commercial sites
Responsibilities
* Excavation and reinstatement of trenches
* Bulk excavation for water tanks and pump house bases
* Installation of shuttering, steel fixing, and concrete bases
* Construct brick-built pump houses if required
* Assist with pipework installation where necessary
