Dealership Reception Coordinator
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Dealership Reception Coordinator to be the welcoming face of a car dealership. This is a key role where first impressions matter - you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership and play an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
* Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
* Manage appointment scheduling for sales and service departments
* Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff
* Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment
* Process basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, payments, mail)
* Support sales and service teams with clerical assistance
* Manage customer check-ins and check-outs
* Maintain accurate customer records
* Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate when needed
About You
* Friendly, confident, and well-presented
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers and telephone systems
* Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
* Previous reception or customer-facing experience is desirable (but not essential)
