As an Operations Manager, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse/yard, ensuring all goods are handled efficiently.

* Coordinate transport and manage stock levels to meet business needs effectively.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements, maintaining high standards of health and safety.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in a management role within a warehouse or yard, ideally in the merchant industry.
* Possesses strong leadership qualities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Is knowledgeable about industry products and has a keen eye for strategic development.
* Holds a full driving licence; forklift licence preferred but training can be provided.
