Working Hours & Benefits
* Monday to Friday schedule (no weekend work)
* 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
* Uncapped bonus scheme with high earning potential
* Minimum of 31 days holiday per year, increasing to 34 days with length of service
* Preferential rates on new and used vehicles, parts, and servicing across all franchises
* Enhanced maternity leave after a qualifying period
Key Responsibilities
* Perform servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles
* Conduct MOT testing (where applicable)
* Complete all paperwork to a high standard
Requirements
* Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Current and valid UK Driving Licence
* Passion for vehicle maintenance and repair, with a commitment to high-quality work
* Own set of Vehicle Technician/Mechanic tools
