The DPAL primary responsibility is to lead on system development strategy and day to day client and customer facing operational system excellence. Enhancing the capabilities within our inhouse systems and reporting tools and at all times improving the user experience is a core pillar for the EAP growth strategy.
Durbin are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a strong background in business system implementation and analytics.
Core Responsibilities
Uniphi
1. Day to day system lead to ensure the Healthcare professional request management system is operating effectively for all healthcare professional users, internal system users and client system users.
2. Acts as point of contact between the EAP team and the system development teams to resolve issues and focus on future developments
3. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to ensure the swift resolution of issues and the deployment of system upgrades
4. Support the Program Management team to demo the system and train client teams on the functionality and areas of customisation
5. Maintain training materials to allow healthcare professional users to easily register within the system and submit requests for EAP products
6. Work with the director EAP programs and other key team members to build the development road map for the system to ensure Durbin remains a leader in digital innovation
7. Forms a part of the core team responsible for maintaining system validation and the documentation processes associated
8. Maintains User requirements and system user guide in line with system validation requirements
Power BI
9. Strategic lead for the development of power BI reports, utilising data feeds from various sources to provide real time reporting to internal teams and clients
10. Point of contact between the EAP team and the Analytics agency responsible for building the reports and data structures
11. Day to day responsibility for issues resolution and co-ordinating internal and external team members to achieve results
Other contributions
12. Represents the EAP team during the sales process with potential clients to outline our system and reporting capabilities
13. An active member of system integration project teams as the need may arise either internally or as part of client projects
14. An active member of the EAP US operations group looking at system requirements and data needs under CFR21 part 11
15. Ad hoc analytics and reporting as may be necessary
Candidate requirements
16. Educated to at least degree level BSc in life sciences or system development discipline
17. Experienced in translating business requirements into a system development strategy and working with internal or external stakeholders to oversee project delivery
18. Experience with the general requirements of system validation adhering to GXP or CFR21 part 11 standards
19. Strong analytical skills and experience of dealing with large data sets and ideally with data integration principles
20. Must be a strong team player, able to visualise innovative market leading deliverables and define a strategy to achieve these, as well as maintain focus on day to day operational excellence
