This role is to start as soon as possible and will run until February half term, with the possibility of extension. The Role You will be working as part of a supportive class team, providing: General classroom support1:1 support where requiredAssistance for pupils with SEND, as there are several children in the class with additional needs The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has a positive, proactive attitudeIs confident and firm in supporting positive behaviour managementHas experience or understanding of working with children with SENDCan work effectively both independently and as part of a teamIs reliable, patient, and committed to supporting pupil progress Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational setting is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
