We wish to appoint an Assistant Building Site Supervisor (Caretaker) to provide a clean, safe and secure environment for users of our school buildings and grounds. The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT). About the Role
The successful candidate will be required to work across the seven schools within our Trust and will:
* Demonstrate a high level of service and professionalism
* Be committed to ensuring the safety and security of staff, pupils, and visitors
* Carry out routine maintenance and repairs
* Oversee site cleanliness and ensure facilities are well-presented
* Support with health and safety compliance and emergency procedures
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers when needed
* Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the school community
PACT require the successful candidate to have:
* Experience of using power tools
* Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning techniques
* Able to accept and follow instructions from SLT, Directors and Building Services Site Manager
* Flexible to working shift patterns when required
* Basic IT skills
