About the Role:
You'll work in the community and probation sites, providing one-to-one support to participants as they reintegrate into society, with a primary focus on supporting individuals into sustainable employment. You will play a pivotal role in driving referrals to the programme through your stakeholder engagement skills and building key relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Relationship Building: Foster genuine, trusting, and non-judgemental relationships with participants, creating a safe space for personal growth and progression toward employment
