Falcon Events is a growing event production company specialising in venue draping, theming, and large-scale event transformations for weddings and corporate clients.
We're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive person to manage enquiries, follow up quotes, and help turn interest into confirmed bookings.
This is a key role focused on keeping our pipeline active and ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to new enquiries (email, website, phone)
* Prepare and send quotes using templates
* Follow up all quotes within 2–3 days
* Speak with clients to understand requirements and budgets
* Book site visits and consultations
* Keep our enquiry pipeline organised and up to date
* Identify serious clients vs. early-stage enquiries
* Provide a professional and friendly client experience
Most important:
You take ownership and get things done. Rest we can work out
2-4 days per week which can be discussed
we have free parking on site cafe and pleasant surroundings you may be asked to do some physical work such as helping to steam drapes or pack a few things, it's not a traditional office but it is interesting
