About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and caring Support Worker to join our team in Sutton. You'll be working in a shared home where eight people with learning disabilities live.
Your job will be to support them with daily tasks like:
* Cooking, cleaning, and personal care
* Going out to activities, appointments, or events
* Helping them feel safe, confident, and independent
* Being part of their daily routine and emotional support
If you can drive, it's a big plus - you may be asked to drive one of the people we support in their car.
Hours
This is a full-time role. You'll be working on a rotating shift pattern, which includes:
* Day shifts
* Sleep-in shifts
* Waking night shifts
* Some weekends
You'll need to be flexible and reliable.
Location
This role is based in Sutton, South West London .
You'll be working in a friendly, supportive home for eight people.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with people with learning disabilities
* Is kind, calm, and patient
* Can work well as part of a team
* Is happy to work nights and weekends when needed
* Is a driver (this is helpful, but not essential)
