Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in secondary SEN schools across Totton. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with special educational needs and make a real difference in their education.
The Role:
* Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students access the curriculum
* Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
* Providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
