Business Development Executive – Groups & Charters

As our UK and US group and charter business continues to scale, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team, supporting the growth of high-value affinity groups and bespoke charters.

The Role

You will support the identification, engagement, and development of premium group opportunities across sectors such as golf and country clubs, car clubs, wineries and vineyards, and MICE groups.

Key responsibilities include:

* Support lead generation through researching and identifying high-quality group and charter opportunities
* Building and maintaining prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and targeted research
* Executing structured email outreach and confident follow-up calls to secure qualified meetings
* Supporting the research of relevant cruise itineraries and bespoke group experiences
* Assisting with the planning of tailored excursions such as golf, vineyard tours, and exclusive events
* Providing reporting and operational support to the VP of Business Development

About You

* Comfortable using a CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Confident, professional, and articulate on the phone
* Highly detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded

Experience in cruise or luxury travel is preferred, but not essential.

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,000.00 per year

Experience:

* travel industry : 2 years (preferred)
* Business development: 2 years (preferred)
