Service Desk Analyst is required by a leading consultancy firm within the property sector which deliver a wealth of construction work with offices based both in the UK and internationally. Our client is looking for a vibrant personality to join their IT team, supporting up to 1200 users both on-site and remotely. The Service Desk Analyst will be based on site, located near Holborn Station and provided with a salary up to £32k. You will be the first point of contact for all issues into the service desk, required to act quickly to troubleshoot and resolve the issue before escalation. Suitable candidates will have a basic understanding of Microsoft systems and hardware fundamentals, but most importantly be adaptable and eager to learn. This position would ideally suit someone with 6-12 months experience, recent graduate or possibly having completed an IT Apprenticeship, looking to establish themselves further within the world of IT.
